We have an extremely talented recruiting staff. We are able to obtain the right candidates through different mediums.
The majority of our people come from the relationships built with the community. In addition, we have many print and online advertisements running to bring in the right candidates. All hired candidates go through a three interview selection process.
Training
Our training is second to none and this is the main reason for success. We believe if every employee is given the information and the confidence to be successful they will flourish. Each associate goes through a two week training process that we call academy bay. The academy bay is a combination with both classroom setting training and on the job experience. During this time they are given the skills and knowledge needed to be successful. The trainer works with each associate through monitoring and coaching to help develop them into skilled employees. The second week they are assigned a mentor and meet their assigned manager and team. Both the manager and the mentor continue to develop the employee. Upon completion of the class there is a graduation ceremony as well as a certificate of completion.
